For the video 5-Minute Qigong: Separating Heaven and Earth, Twisting Body I have one word puzzle for the English translation.
At 02:01 there is a word I cannot puzzle out: “You get can ? both of them.”
Please let me know your thoughts as to what the ? could be.
‘Get’ might also be incorrect!

I can definitely hear a ‘with’ at the end.
I’m not sure about ‘in touch’ but I think that you have
better ears than I do, so I will enter your suggestion.
